Harvested while the olives are still vibrant green and cold extracted within hours, it delivers a beautifully balanced flavour with fresh grassy aromas, notes of green herbs, and a distinctive peppery finish.

Made from a carefully selected blend of Koroneiki, Manzanilla, and Picual olives, Blend 1 is naturally rich in polyphenols, antioxidants, and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. These naturally occurring compounds not only contribute to its fresh, robust flavour but also help protect the oil's quality and nutritional value.
